Jocelyn’s tenure with the organization started in 2001 when she served as Academic Director of a Beijing-based Chinese Language program operated by CET, ATA’s study abroad division. In 2003, she relocated back to the United States to step into a position as CET’s first China Programs Manager. Overseeing CET’s fast growing portfolio of programs in China piqued her interest in organizational communications, information-sharing systems, and staff training, and she now oversees employee communications and training for ATA. Jocelyn holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Wesleyan University (1993), an MA in Chinese from the University of Michigan (2001), and an MS in Communications from Grand Valley State University (2017). She works out of her home office in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
