The Reservations Specialist provides customer service to all ATA travelers. Reservations Specialist staff handle both domestic and international tours for a variety of client organizations. The responsibilities are: 1) answering incoming telephone inquiries, booking travelers on tours, while providing superior customer service in all forms, including oral and written; 2) completing reservations using the company reservation system, Tour Tools and Peak 15. The Reservations Specialist will update ATA staff and outside operators regarding new reservations and will send confirmation letters to all travelers, and send guest rosters and booking summaries to client tour partners; 3) assist drafting tour mailings, maintain accurate mailing templates, and proof documents before they are sent to travelers; 4) send tour mailings 5) perform other projects as needed to fulfill ATA’s commitment to superior customer service to our traveler and client partners.
