Description of the Position
The Office Assistant is a full‐time position in the Finance and Administration Department. This position
will focus in office services, data entry, and accounting. The ideal candidate brings a positive, friendly
attitude and excellent customer service skills, exemplary attention to detail, and experience with basic
accounting tasks. The Office Assistant will work closely with all members of the Admin team including
company leadership. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting and will
support the Admin department with day to day assignments.
